At 95indies, we take pride in creating small-batch products with thought, care, and creativity. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of all our clients.
🧴 Skincare & Cosmetic Products
Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of skincare and cosmetic items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these products, even if unopened. This policy exists to ensure every product you receive is fresh, untouched, and safely formulated for your personal use.
🕯️ Non-Cosmetic Items
For non-cosmetic products—such as candles, trays, and fragrance items—returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged due to an error on our part, not due to carrier mishandling or client use.
If you believe your order qualifies:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include a clear photo of the damaged item and all packaging.
Retain all original packaging materials (box, padding, product container) until we respond.
If your return is approved, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
We do not include pre-paid return shipping labels in packages.
Approved returns will receive instructions via email.

All returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We’re a small studio, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the highest quality handcrafted experience.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
